SALARY: R152 862 per annum
CENTRE: Mossel Bay Hospital (Eden District)
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum educational qualification: Grade 12 plus computing and computer applications. Experience: Appropriate administrative experience. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good communication skills, both verbal and written in at least two of the three official languages of the Western Cape. Good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills to deal with the public and staff members. Ability to work independently and in team environment. Ability to handle information in a confidential manner. Professional attitude. Proven ability to be innovative and creative. Typing skills and computer literacy (i.e. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). Note: No payment of any kind is required when applying for this post.
DUTIES: Key result areas/outputs: Provide comprehensive clerical support functions to the Medical Manager. Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager and team. Support the hospital staff with general administrative duties. Provide clerical and administrative functions to Hospital Facility Board.
